Can I order any item for Click & Collect?
Click & Collect is available for our readymade range only. Items must be in stock at your chosen store.
When is my order confirmed?
Your order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed. You'll receive a confirmation email — keep it handy as you'll need it to collect.
How will I know when my order is ready?
Your order will typically be ready same day or the next business day. We'll send you a "Ready to Collect" email. Please wait for this before heading in — your order may not be prepared yet.
What if my item isn't available after I've ordered?
In the rare event an item becomes unavailable, we'll contact you promptly and offer a full refund or arrange for the item be delivered to your store of choice or to a nominated address (note this offer may not apply to oversized items).
What ID do I need to bring?
A valid photo ID — such as a New Zealand driver licence or passport — along with your email order confirmation.
Can someone else collect on my behalf?
Yes — they'll need your order confirmation and their own valid photo ID. Please contact us at online@curtainstudio.co.nz to let us know in advance.
When can I collect?
During normal store trading hours. Check our website for your store's hours, including any public holiday variations.
How long will you hold my order?
We hold orders for 14 days from when your "Ready to Collect" notification is sent. After that, your order will be cancelled and a full refund issued to your original payment method (allow 5–7 business days).
Need more time to collect?
Just email us at online@curtainstudio.co.nz before your 14 days are up and we'll do our best to extend the hold.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Email us at online@curtainstudio.co.nz as soon as possible and we'll do our best to help.
Can I return a Click & Collect order?
Yes — our standard returns policy applies, which you can view here. Bring your proof of purchase in store and a team member will help you.
